    Can't connect HubSpot account to Attentive

    When signing up or logging in to Attentive, an error may occur preventing you to accomplish the action.

    Probable Cause #1: You're not a HubSpot account administrator.

    Solution: Ask your HubSpot account administrator to set up Attentive for the team.

    Probable Cause #2: You're not logged in at HubSpot.


    1. Go to
    2. Login to your HubSpot account. 
    3. Return to Attentive.
    4. Login to Attentive using your HubSpot account.
